An Authority to leave will be assumed for home addresses if our courier feels the gift can be left in a safe place and out of the weather, unless you specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ not to do so. Please specify if the location is gated.

A lot of effort goes in to perfecting our hampers. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days from purchase.

Please specify any special requirements. We will try our best to meet delivery requests if possible. However this will not be guaranteed.

Yes in the majority of cases you will. However, occasionally if we are unable to source a product in the hamper we will substitute it for a product of the same or greater value.
