1. Packaging and Damages:
In the unfortunate event that any items are damaged during transit, please email us at niftynookcreations@outlook.com.au. We will do our best to rectify the situation and provide a suitable solution. Please do not return any items back to the manufacturer.
 
2. Delivery Time:
While we will provide an estimated delivery time, please note that there may be instances where factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, can affect the delivery timeline. We will strive to keep you informed about any delays and work with our couriers to minimise any inconveniences caused.
 
3. Lost Parcels:
In the rare event that a parcel goes missing during transit, we understand the frustration it may cause. We will make every effort to locate the missing parcel within a period of up to 7 days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a refund for lost parcels. We recommend reaching out to us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
 
4. Gift Hamper - Product Substitutions:
At the Nifty Nook Gift Company, we always aim to provide our customers with the best possible selection of products for their gift boxes. Due to availability and unforeseen circumstances, there may be instances where we need to substitute a product with something of equal or higher value. We assure you that any substitutions made will be carefully chosen to maintain the overall quality and aesthetic of the gift box.
